Senior Manager, People Partner - LATAM

About the role

Snowflake is transforming into an AI‑native company and needs a senior HR leader to drive people, culture, and organizational change across LATAM. Reporting to the Revenue organization People Partner leader, you will partner with regional leaders and the global People team to shape strategy, improve effectiveness, and deliver a world‑class employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to LATAM leadership on organizational strategy, people priorities, and leadership development.
• Champion AI transformation in the region by building AI literacy, communicating clearly, and launching rapid pilot programs.
• Design and execute data‑informed talent initiatives such as succession planning, retention strategies, org design, and executive coaching.
• Oversee core HR services—including total rewards, performance management, employee relations, and workplace safety—ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Collaborate with global COEs and business units to create tailored regional people solutions and maintain compliance with LATAM employment regulations.

Required profile

• 10‑12+ years of senior HR leadership experience with strategic advisory and executive coaching, covering multiple countries.
• Deep knowledge of LATAM employment laws, regulatory compliance, and compensation practices in key jurisdictions (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Colombia).
• Proven track record of supporting international growth, including new legal entity setup and HR infrastructure rollout.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth tech environments and ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives across time zones.
• Action‑oriented player‑coach mindset with strong business acumen and analytical capability.
• Fluent in English; professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly preferred.
