Senior Manager – Private Brands Food Sourcing

About the role

The Senior Manager – Private Brands Food Sourcing leads end‑to‑end sourcing projects for private‑label food products. You will drive sourcing strategy, supplier selection and cost management to ensure high‑quality delivery across domestic and direct‑import channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute category‑level private‑brands sourcing strategies aligned with the 3‑5 year plan.
• Make sourcing execution decisions, choosing between competitive bids or negotiations and selecting suppliers.
• Lead RFQs, negotiate contracts and award business while staying within merchant cost guardrails.
• Own and continuously improve the supplier matrix, including onboarding, development, diversification and exits.
• Monitor program performance through production and shipment, resolving issues in partnership with Supply Chain, CMA and Replenishment teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain, preferably with private‑brand or vertically integrated models.
• Proven cross‑functional leadership and decision‑making abilities in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
