Senior Manager – Supply Chain Planning & Inventory

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead supply chain planning and inventory functions for a key business unit in Monterrey. The role ensures material availability throughout the product life‑cycle, drives cost reduction, and manages supply risks while supporting production schedules and inventory targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own delivery requirements, material plans, and short‑range capacity plans aligned with production schedules.
• Lead customer‑interface teams within SCM, handling relationship management and issue resolution.
• Own site inventory results, collaborating with site GMs, SSCM managers, and customer VPs/GMs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet inventory targets and maximize ROI.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, and maintain correct planning parameters.
• Manage the SIOP process, including demand management, MPS analysis, and production scheduling.
• Oversee annual physical inventory, surplus sales, and scrap disposition.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of electronic manufacturing environments and material processes.
• In‑depth understanding of global supply chain, distribution, transportation, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑resolution abilities.
• Proven experience leading SCM teams and managing performance, development, and motivation.
