Senior Marketing Manager – Fixed Term (until Nov 2026)

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead high‑impact, end‑to‑end marketing initiatives that drive sustainable brand growth for Coca‑Cola in the Mexican market. Reporting to senior leadership, this role designs integrated strategies, manages cross‑functional projects and ensures execution aligns with commercial and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated marketing strategies that accelerate brand growth and meet business goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end marketing projects, coordinating internal teams and external agencies to deliver on time and on budget.
• Develop and launch Integrated Marketing Communication campaigns, overseeing creative development and channel activation.
• Conduct business and performance analysis to identify growth drivers and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Apply strong financial acumen to support growth plans, monitoring metrics such as NSR, OI, margins, consumer reach and brand equity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles, preferably within Coca‑Cola or other consumer packaged goods companies.
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing activation plans and leading cross‑functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
