About the role

Samsung Electronics México is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy across Mexico. The role will shape brand expression, drive integrated campaigns and ensure alignment with global guidelines while adapting to local market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with corporate goals and resonate with target audiences across all marketing channels.
• Govern brand expression in Mexico, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across media, digital, retail, and experiential platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate brand strategy into product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Lead project management efforts to align objectives, timelines, and resources across marketing teams and external partners.
• Create and deliver high‑impact presentations to top management, showcasing strategic insights, campaign performance, and recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for brand innovation and competitive differentiation.
• Ensure compliance with global brand guidelines while adapting strategies to local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Drive performance measurement by establishing KPIs and evaluating the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
• Foster collaboration with agencies and consultants to leverage external expertise and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Resolve complex challenges related to brand positioning, messaging, and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in brand strategy, preferably in agencies or consultancies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience addressing top management.
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across diverse functions.
• Adaptability to thrive in dynamic and fast‑paced environments.
