Senior Mobile Application Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Application Developer to join a high‑performing squad delivering end‑to‑end digital capabilities on a unified patient‑facing platform. The role involves hands‑on development across the full stack, from requirement gathering to production, and offers a path toward a technical lead position.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain high‑quality mobile applications using React Native.
• Develop and support web applications (React or similar) as part of daily work.
• Contribute to API design and implementation within a cross‑functional squad.
• Write clean, well‑tested, secure code and participate in thorough pull‑request reviews.
• Champion CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability best practices.
• Partner with Product to clarify scope, assess feasibility, and translate requirements into technical plans.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions for a unified digital platform.
• Own sprint estimation, delivery commitments, and post‑launch support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands‑on production experience with React Native mobile development.
• Hands‑on production experience with web development using React or a comparable framework.
• Proficiency in C# and API development.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (environment is fully Azure‑based).
• Solid understanding of distributed or cloud‑based system design.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take initiative.
