Senior Operations & Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, execution‑driven leader to join Uber’s Mexico Taxi team. The role will own the strategy and scaling of taxi operations, working across policy, legal, product and business development to integrate taxis into Uber’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a comprehensive scaling strategy for the taxi business across Mexican cities.
• Collaborate with Policy, Legal and Business Development to define expansion plans and launch new taxi operations.
• Conduct city‑ and state‑level root‑cause analysis to identify growth levers and remove barriers.
• Partner with Central Operations to roll out taxi‑specific product features in the market.
• Oversee project governance, proactively mitigate execution risks and provide reporting for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting or a similar function within high‑growth tech or scale‑up environments.
• Proven track record of building and executing growth strategies for early‑stage products or business lines.
• Strong program‑management skills with experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, including executive‑level presentations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of SQL.
