Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

The Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer will protect the brewery’s operational technology environment, ensuring continuity of production and safeguarding assets across Constellation Brands’ facilities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to implement security controls, manage incidents, and maintain a robust OT security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk management strategies for OT assets, identifying and mitigating security threats.
• Implement and maintain data security controls, including access management and data loss prevention.
• Manage vendor and third‑party risk throughout the OT asset lifecycle, from commissioning to retirement.
• Design, configure, and maintain secure network architectures, firewalls, and security management tools.
• Monitor, log, and respond to OT security incidents in a timely manner.
• Produce technical documentation, project plans, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and production teams to ensure security standards are integrated into all processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of OT cybersecurity experience, preferably in brewery or food & beverage manufacturing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
