Senior Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Paralegal to join a global legal operations team supporting a fast‑growing technology environment. Based in Mexico and working in a remote‑first setting, you will become a key contributor to critical legal processes and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage review, processing, and tracking of standard commercial agreements such as NDAs, employment and contractor agreements, and equity documents.
• Support contract lifecycle management by maintaining databases, coordinating signatures, and handling amendments, extensions, and terminations.
• Analyze contractual risks, collaborate with legal team members, and communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Oversee corporate governance activities for domestic and international entities, including record‑keeping, filings, and annual reports.
• Assist with strategic projects including M&A, financing, intellectual‑property portfolio management, and stock‑plan administration.
• Identify and implement workflow optimizations, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions to improve legal efficiency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally in a remote environment while managing competing priorities.
