Senior Product Owner – Cloud‑Native BSS Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the implementation of our cloud‑native CXOS SaaS platform for a major US‑based telco. The role bridges complex North American telco requirements with our global product and engineering teams, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery of rate‑plan schemas and billing integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of BSS requirements across product, rate plans, billing at scale, taxation and compliance.
• Write clear epics and user stories for custom billing and catalog integrations, focusing on account provisioning and dynamic discount calculations.
• Collaborate with engineering and solutions architecture to align rate‑plan APIs with surrounding systems and the Product Catalog.
• Lead demonstrations of rate‑plan schemas to executive stakeholders via the Operator Portal and API environments.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of technical Product Owner or Manager experience in enterprise SaaS, BSS architectures or telecommunications.
• Proven ability to align complex business needs with engineering realities under compressed timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and agile resilience in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Deep familiarity with telco billing logic, rate‑plan configurations and system architecture.
• Experience with Oracle BRM (a plus).
• API design expertise.
