Senior Program Engineer – Santiago Tianguistenco

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Program Engineer to lead component and EDS program initiatives for our manufacturing operations in Santiago Tianguistenco, Estado de México. The role ensures successful product launches, cost management, and cross‑functional coordination across design, suppliers, and production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Process cost BOMs, cost studies, and print distribution for component and EDS programs.
• Provide advanced BOMs, prints, and material specifications to manufacturing plants.
• Identify new components from customer drawings and ensure timely MAPS setup.
• Manage sample acquisition, prototype builds, engineering changes, and validation activities.
• Coordinate testing, prototype shipment, and print clarifications among customers, design, and plants.
• Maintain program parts list, dashboards, and action tracker folders.
• Create RFQs, tooling summaries, and purchase requests; support APQP launch readiness.
• Lead cross‑functional team meetings, gate reviews, and “Go to Gemba” events.
• Oversee supplier tooling kickoff, CAD data exchange, and invoice processing.
• Supervise calibration and verification of instruments and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in component engineering and program management.
• Strong background in cost analysis, BOM management, and APQP processes.
• Ability to coordinate across design, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.
• Experience handling engineering change orders and tooling projects.
