Senior Project Manager – Creative Production (Mexico)

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Project Manager with an advertising agency background to join its near‑shore production hub in Mexico City. You will oversee the flow of high‑volume, AI‑augmented creative work, ensuring each project moves from brief to delivery on time, on brief, and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of creative and production projects within the OMG workflow system, from brief intake to final delivery.
• Maintain real‑time project status in OMG, providing visibility to the Program Director and Resource Manager.
• Coordinate across creative, CRM, video, and QA teams to handle dependencies, review cycles, and production milestones.
• Identify and flag SLA risks early, escalating with proposed solutions before deadlines are missed.
• Support brief triage by reviewing incoming briefs for completeness, clarifying ambiguities, and confirming scope.
• Oversee version control, asset filing, and delivery logistics to ensure final files meet agreed specifications.
• Contribute to weekly status reports and quarterly business review preparation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior project management role within an advertising or creative agency.
• Fluent English; ability to work in a global, multilingual environment.
• Based in Mexico City and comfortable with a hybrid work model.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on risk management and SLA compliance.
