Senior Project Manager

About the role

FORVIA HELLA, a global automotive supplier, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead international projects of medium to high budget, complexity and strategic importance. The role is based in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco and involves coordinating multi‑location resources to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, execute and steer international projects (B‑projects) with full responsibility in a global context.
• Provide consulting and advice to business units, customers and suppliers on project‑related issues.
• Implement, customize and integrate resources across multiple locations to fulfil project goals.
• Lead and monitor project teams, ensuring quality, cost control and adherence to deadlines.
• Improve Hella’s project‑management procedures and embed them in daily activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing international projects with medium to high complexity and strategic relevance.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional, multicultural teams across several sites.
• Strong experience in project planning, execution and control, including work‑package definition, milestone setting and resource allocation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
