Senior Project Manager

About the role

Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale supply chain initiatives, including last‑mile optimization, warehouse automation, and inventory management. You will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating strategic goals into actionable project plans and ensuring delivery of measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex supply chain projects across transportation and warehouse domains.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize transformation initiatives and recommend process improvements.
• Drive adoption of Agile or hybrid methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and facilitate related ceremonies.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Maintain full visibility of project health (scope, schedule, cost, risks) and communicate status to senior leadership.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote best practices in project and Agile delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience delivering large‑scale supply chain or logistics projects.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong consulting mindset with a focus on strategic decision‑making.
