Senior Project Manager – Operational Excellence

About the role

The Senior Project Manager – Operational Excellence will lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of Americas Manufacturing. You will work across functions to build alignment, drive operational excellence, and translate long‑term ambitions into actionable roadmaps that deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives that transform manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with corporate direction.
• Co‑lead development of 3‑to‑5 year Americas manufacturing strategies, integrating insights from operations, finance, technology, supply chain and global teams.
• Build, maintain and communicate a comprehensive roadmap covering capacity, technology, digitalisation, productivity and risk mitigation.
• Define prioritisation criteria, manage the initiative funnel and enforce stage‑gate, readiness and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate leadership team meetings, synthesise insights and ensure alignment among senior stakeholders across AMS and the global network.

Required profile

• Strong experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis or project management.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to model financial and operational scenarios and produce actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of leading complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from concept to execution.
• High agility and resilience in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is desired.
