Senior Project Manager – Operational Excellence

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of Americas Manufacturing at the LEGO Group. You will drive operational excellence, align cross‑functional teams, and translate long‑term ambitions into actionable roadmaps that deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives that transform manufacturing operations and align with corporate direction.
• Co‑lead development of 3‑to‑5 year Americas manufacturing strategies, integrating insights from operations, finance, technology, supply chain and global teams.
• Build, maintain and communicate a comprehensive roadmap covering capacity, technology, digitalization, productivity and risk mitigation.
• Define prioritization criteria, manage the strategic initiative funnel and ensure governance through stage‑gate processes.
• Facilitate leadership team meetings, synthesize insights and ensure alignment among senior stakeholders across AMS and the global network.

Required profile

• Strong experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis or project management.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of leading complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from concept to execution.
• High agility and resilience in a dynamic business environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is desired.
