Senior Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our plant’s quality function. The role will act as the bridge between customer expectations and internal processes, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Represent customer requirements within the organization.
• Define plant quality objectives and monitor their progress.
• Manage and continuously improve the plant quality system.
• Define, staff, and develop the plant quality organization.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Report quality results to relevant parties and maintain comprehensive quality records.
• Collaborate with purchasing on supplier quality assurance initiatives.
• Stop manufacturing or product delivery when quality cannot be assured.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree in engineering (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager, preferably leading multisite operations.
• Experience leading laboratory, quality system, supplier quality, and quality control functions.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of IATF, VDA, and Core Tools.
• Proven customer‑relationship experience.
• Fluent in English (bilingual capability).
