Senior Recruiter – Remote (Colombia & Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our boutique agency remotely, helping small businesses in the United States find high‑impact talent. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, ensuring a white‑glove experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques and other talent‑acquisition tools.
• Manage the candidate pipeline in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a smooth hiring workflow.
• Deliver a premium candidate experience that reflects the company’s brand values.
• Meet tight deadlines while working across PST‑EST time zones.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably with global talent pools.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work remotely for residents of Colombia or Mexico and align with US time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in CRM tools for candidate management.
• Skilled in using job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
• Ability to generate recruitment reports.
