Senior Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

HappyRobot.ai is scaling its AI‑driven workforce platform and needs a senior recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for both technical and business positions. You will work directly with the founders and hiring managers to build high‑quality pipelines and ensure a fast, candidate‑centric process, all from a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across engineering, go‑to‑market, operations and other functions.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles and create scorecards.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from the first touch through onboarding.
• Iterate on sourcing strategies, outreach tactics and recruitment metrics.
• Build scalable recruiting processes, reporting dashboards and employer‑branding initiatives on LinkedIn and at events.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth startup environment.
• Proven track record hiring across technical and business functions.
• Strong sourcing creativity and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication, judgment and closing skills.
• Highly organized, fast‑moving and comfortable in ambiguous, rapid‑growth settings.
• Passion for building teams from the ground up.
