Senior Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Hillstone Networks is expanding its presence in Mexico and seeks a Senior Regional Sales Manager to drive the commercial strategy for its advanced cybersecurity portfolio. The role focuses on generating new business, especially within the government sector, and partnering with distributors and strategic allies to position cutting‑edge security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute territorial sales plans to achieve revenue targets in Mexico.
• Prospect, qualify and close new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from RFI/RFP to negotiation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in the CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging threats and new technologies.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling complex technology solutions, preferably in networking and cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a hunter mindset.
• Experience selling to government customers.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
