Senior Sales Manager - Mexico (Branding & Performance)

About the role

Xapads Media is looking for a well-connected, results-driven Senior Manager - Sales to expand and strengthen branding and performance business growth in the Mexico market. This is a branding-first role with a strong emphasis on CTV, programmatic and display solutions, while also using mobile and web performance opportunities to grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Expand branding-led revenue in Mexico, focusing on CTV, programmatic and display solutions
• Manage and grow relationships with top media agencies, direct brands and key decision-makers in Mexico
• Identify new branding opportunities across agency and direct client ecosystems
• Pitch and position Xapads' branding solutions (CTV, programmatic, display, native and digital brand formats)
• Leverage performance expertise (mobile and web) to capture additional budgets
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, campaign alignment and revenue closure
• Work with Ad Ops, Strategy and Product teams to ensure campaign execution and client success
• Track market intelligence, competitor activity and industry trends to refine go-to-market strategy

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital media / adtech sales within the Mexico market
• Deep understanding of branding solutions across CTV, programmatic, display, native and traditional digital ecosystems; banner and rich media experience is a plus
• Experience in performance marketing (mobile and web) is required
• Strong, established client and agency network in Mexico
• Proven ability to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a strong advantage
