Senior SEO Specialist (Remote)

About the role

LionHead Digital is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead the full SEO lifecycle for law‑firm clients. This remote, full‑time role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to boost search visibility, rankings, and qualified organic leads.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO for multiple client accounts, including audit, strategy, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
• Manage on‑page, off‑page, technical SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization simultaneously.
• Validate tracking setups in Google Search Console, GA4, call‑tracking platforms, and CRM attribution before campaigns launch.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and verified lead volume; run continuous tests on content, internal linking, and local SEO signals.
• Collaborate with content, development, and project‑management teams while mentoring junior specialists.
• Refine SOPs, flag under‑performance early, and propose data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of hands‑on SEO execution in a marketing agency setting.
• Experience managing local SEO, technical SEO, and content strategy across multiple accounts.
• Proven, documented results with before/after ranking and organic lead data.
• Ability to treat each client account as a standalone business and focus on qualified lead outcomes.
