Senior Specialist, Business Management

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Business Management (Key Accounts) will lead the relationship with major global accounts and oversee the administration of capital‑project business processes. Based in Veracruz, the role works closely with procurement, legal, project managers and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from kickoff to close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize all Key Accounts projects, from initiation through implementation and final close‑out.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions, asset tables, purchase orders, receipt of goods and invoice processing.
• Collaborate with project controls, fixed‑asset, finance, importation, cost, budgeting and construction management functions.
• Prepare and review monthly and bi‑monthly financial reports, cash flows, capitalization milestones and project close‑out documentation.
• Negotiate milestone payment terms, secure bonds when required and maintain document control for at least seven years.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of industry‑specific experience.
• Self‑starter with strong execution, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• High energy, strong work ethic and adaptability to change.
