Senior Specialist Enterprise Data Architect

About the role

The Senior Specialist Enterprise Data Architect will enable data‑driven decision‑making, analytics and AI capabilities for Nestlé USA. Working in a hybrid setting, you will design, standardise and govern reusable, scalable and secure enterprise data models that are ready for advanced analytics and generative AI use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise data models, hierarchies and standards across the organisation.
• Design conceptual, logical and physical data models and own canonical models to ensure harmonisation.
• Provide architecture governance, documentation and enforce data contracts and quality controls.
• Design data architecture for advanced analytics, GenAI, LLM, RAG and vector‑based solutions, including knowledge graphs.
• Define KPIs, metrics and business definitions, aligning data structures with analytical needs.
• Ensure metadata, lineage, security, privacy and compliance requirements are met.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in data architecture.
• Strong expertise in data modelling and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Experience with SQL, Python, Databricks and AI/ML data design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
