Senior Staff Accountant – Full‑Cycle Accounting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will own full‑cycle accounting tasks, ensure accurate financial records, and support timely month‑end close.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Prepare journal entries, accounting adjustments, and maintain the General Ledger.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies.
• Execute month‑end close activities to deliver accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain supporting documentation.
• Ensure integrity of financial records and compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager to provide timely financial information.
• Assist with process improvements and other accounting projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on full‑cycle accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
