About the role
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the rollout of our Supply Chain Operating System across multiple manufacturing sites in Latin America. The role focuses on driving Lean transformation, reducing inventory, improving lead times, and enhancing overall supply chain performance.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy the Supply Chain Operating System and Continuous Improvement initiatives across several plants.
- Lead Lean Supply Chain projects using Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, PFEP, Kanban and other methodologies.
- Identify and execute initiatives targeting inventory reduction, lead‑time improvement, working‑capital optimization, freight savings and service‑level enhancement.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance and Logistics teams to improve end‑to‑end performance.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions and coaching for site leadership.
- Support strategic planning, annual operating plans and regional productivity roadmaps.
- Develop and standardize best practices across plants to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor project execution, performance metrics and sustain continuous‑improvement results.
- Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain, continuous improvement or operational excellence within manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record implementing Lean Supply Chain methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, transportation, S&OP and working‑capital processes.
- Experience leading cross‑functional, multi‑site improvement projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, project‑management and communication skills.
- Advanced English; willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
- APICS, CSCP, CPIM or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
