Senior Supply Chain Manager, Americas Region

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Manager for the Americas will lead end‑to‑end supply chain and logistics activities for Mozarc Medical’s innovative kidney‑health technologies. Based in Cuautitlán Izcalli, the role works in a hybrid model, collaborating with global supply chain leadership and the Americas sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee material procurement, production planning, inventory control and customer‑care logistics across the Americas.
• Manage the order‑to‑cash process, including order entry, status communication, invoicing and coordination of quality, returns and shipment issues.
• Design and implement integrated processes linking operations, purchasing, logistics, customers and suppliers.
• Plan and analyze cost‑effective procurement, inventory, production material quality and delivery schedules.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve policies, procedures and material control systems to reduce costs and streamline operations.
• Lead, develop and engage direct and dotted‑line reports, ensuring high performance and inclusion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of supply chain experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills for interaction with executive leadership.
• Willingness to travel across the United States and Latin American countries.
• Proven experience in customer‑care focused supply chain functions.

Required skills

• Extensive ERP experience, specifically SAP S4.
• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) knowledge.
• Lean and Six Sigma (green or black belt) methodologies.
