Senior Visual Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our UK studio in London. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering end‑to‑end digital experiences for a variety of clients, from discovery through launch and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate visual solutions for high‑profile digital products and services.
• Collaborate with design leads, developers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead ideation workshops, design reviews and mentor junior designers.
• Present concepts and guide clients through a customer‑centred design process.
• Travel to client sites as required, both domestically and internationally.

Required profile

• Ability to work from the London office at least twice a week and attend client locations.
• Experience working on projects across diverse industries.
• Self‑organised, capable of leading workshops and supporting team members.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring junior designers is a plus.
• Familiarity with evaluative research to validate design decisions.

Required skills

• Expert use of visual design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and InVision.
• Strong conceptual thinking in visual and interactive design.
• Understanding of front‑end development principles and responsive design systems.
