Senior Visual Designer

About the role

Sequoia is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join its creative team in Mexico City. The role will drive visual storytelling, design‑system development and brand consistency across the Canopy portfolio, which includes PeopleLoop, Sequoia, Transform and Semper Virens.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and execute visual designs, campaign systems, illustrations and motion graphics for web experiences, digital campaigns, landing pages, social media assets, email communications and other brand touchpoints.
• Lead creative campaigns from brief through art direction, production and final quality control.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, explore concepts, streamline workflows and enhance creative output.
• Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen and organize brand systems across multiple brands, delivering scalable design solutions.
• Maintain visual consistency across all digital channels while respecting each brand’s distinct identity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, UX Design, Product, Web, Communications and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.

• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to final delivery, balancing quality and operational rigor.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
