Senior Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily logistics and value‑add operations at its Zapopan distribution center. The role requires fluent English and strong people‑management skills to ensure departmental goals are met or exceeded.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of receiving, storing, picking, shipping and special handling within the warehouse.
• Report and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate daily activities of the logistics team, set priorities, and ensure task completion.
• Participate in staffing, terminations, disciplinary actions and performance management in conjunction with HR and facility management.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Previous experience as a people manager in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to manage non‑exempt tactical personnel and handle disciplinary counseling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) – desirable.
