Service Manager

About the role

Bajacore is seeking a full‑time Service Manager to lead daily service operations in Ensenada. This hybrid position blends on‑site responsibilities with occasional remote work, ensuring customers receive consistent, high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and prioritize incoming service requests.
• Coordinate schedules, workloads, and resource allocation across the service team.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to document and refine service processes.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in service management, operations, or a supervisory role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement process improvements.
• Effective communication in both individual and team settings.
• Comfortable working independently and within a hybrid environment.
• Relevant post‑secondary education or equivalent practical experience in management, business, or operations.
