Service Operations Analyst

About the role

The Service Operations Analyst will support PagoNxt Payments' centralized correspondent banking framework, ensuring operational coverage during extended international payment cut‑off windows. This role is essential for maintaining service continuity, meeting SLA targets, and controlling operational risk.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and process international payments during extended cut‑off windows.
• Execute payments in line with scheme requirements and SLA commitments.
• Manage liquidity confirmations and release payments when applicable.
• Handle exceptions, manual interventions, and escalations.
• Coordinate incident response with IT Operations, Product, and Liquidity teams.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and risk controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payments operations (CBPR+, SWIFT ISO20022).
• Understanding of international correspondent banking flows.
• Knowledge of liquidity management and straight‑through processing (STP) concepts.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in payments or banking operations are a plus.
