Shipping Scheduler (Wholesale Fulfillment Coordinator)

About the role

The Shipping Scheduler ensures that all wholesale and retail shipments are scheduled, processed, and delivered on time while complying with Boldr’s policies. You will manage EDI order processing, coordinate with warehouses and carriers, and monitor shipments to resolve any issues.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming EDI orders (e.g., ANSI 850) for accuracy of addresses, SKUs, quantities, and shipping details.
• Confirm inventory availability and release orders from the Order Management System (OMS) to the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare packaging and pallet instructions and generate retailer‑compliant labels such as GS1 UCC‑128.
• Track orders and shipments, matching fulfillment records with EDI transmissions using NetSuite, Orderful, SPS Commerce, and WMS.
• Arrange shipments via retailer portals or carrier systems for parcel and LTL freight, handling exceptions as needed.
• Monitor shipments for delays or damages, working with carriers and the warehouse to resolve issues.
• Manage drop‑ship orders, ensuring SLA compliance, checking stock levels, and creating replacements when required.
• Communicate with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams to keep order flow smooth.
• Create basic reports on order and shipment status and highlight recurring problems.
• Follow SOPs and suggest process improvements for greater accuracy and efficiency.
