Site Cybersecurity Leader – Cuautitlán Izcalli

About the role

The Site Cybersecurity Leader will be the trusted authority for protecting the San Martín site’s digital assets. You will design and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity action plan, build site‑specific capabilities, and embed a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enroll, and execute the site cybersecurity action plan aligned with the digital master plan.
• Build sustainable cybersecurity capabilities and promote a site‑wide culture of awareness.
• Participate in the CSL Community of Practices to share best practices and improve the site plan.
• Serve as the first point of contact for information‑security incidents and coordinate response activities.
• Lead governance, risk, and compliance activities, including execution of the MAGICS IT Digital System Toolkit.

Required profile

• Preferred background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information/Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and influence skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders.
• Adaptable and quick‑learning in a digital ecosystem.

Required skills

• Experience protecting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of the five critical controls from the SANS Institute.
• Ability to implement network security, firewall management, and zero‑trust principles.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity action‑plan execution.
