Site Doctor

About the role

The Site Doctor is responsible for managing Jabil's on‑site clinic and delivering primary medical care to employees. This role ensures the health and safety of the workforce while maintaining clinic operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations and treatment to Jabil employees.
• Refer employees to external hospitals when specialized care is required.
• Procure medical supplies each month by raising purchase orders.
• Prepare and submit a monthly medical report to the AD Officer.
• Oversee employee health protection programs and preventive measures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Current, valid medical doctor license.
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) or higher.
• 1–2 years of professional medical experience.
• Strong communication abilities and ability to work in a corporate environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Competence in using personal computers and standard office software.
