Site Quality Manager (Tijuana)

About the role

As the Site Quality Manager for Vestacy’s Tijuana facility, you will lead the quality function, ensuring that products meet customer, regulatory and company standards. You will be a key member of the Site Leadership Team, driving continuous improvement and safeguarding product safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality management systems, regulatory compliance, quality‑control laboratory functions, documentation control and audit activities both internally and with contract manufacturers/packagers.
• Verify that all product specifications and regulatory requirements are satisfied before final product release.
• Implement and maintain Vestacy/Tijuana quality policies, procedures and SOPs, ensuring proper tools and techniques are used.
• Develop and deliver training on Quality Systems to achieve consumer‑satisfaction objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of the plant’s quality system and interface with the Regional Quality Manager and global quality team.
• Partner with the Global Initiative Lead to prioritize improvement programs and projects.
• Provide quality leadership for team development, including hiring, training and retention of quality staff.
• Conduct system, product, supplier, cross‑corporate and external audits, as well as manage customer and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible quality experience in CPG, Food & Beverage, Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven experience leading QMS, regulatory compliance and audit functions.
