Sitefinity CMS Web Developer & Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sitefinity CMS Developer/Analyst to manage, develop, and enhance our client’s corporate web presence. The role blends platform administration with hands‑on development, requiring deep knowledge of Sitefinity (or comparable enterprise CMS) and modern web technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain web properties built on Sitefinity CMS or an equivalent enterprise CMS.
• Design and build custom widgets, modules, templates, and integrations within the CMS.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and IT stakeholders to deliver web solutions.
• Manage content workflows, user roles, permissions, and governance.
• Build and maintain web applications using .NET, Next.js, and/or Java.
• Ensure website performance, SEO optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and security compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CMS and web application issues across development, staging, and production environments.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and deployment processes.
• Evaluate and recommend CMS platform improvements, upgrades, and third‑party integrations.
• Support integration with third‑party systems such as CRM, DAM, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Sitefinity CMS or a comparable enterprise CMS (Sitecore, Kentico, Optimizely, Umbraco).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following.NET (C#/ASP.NET), Next.js (React), or Java web development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web service integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and basic query/data retrieval.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
