SiteOps Specialist

About the role

EarnIn is looking for a SiteOps Specialist to join its Site Operations team in Mexico City. The role sits at the intersection of Customer Experience Operations, IT, Security, and Engineering, ensuring smooth operational efficiency and reliable user lifecycle management across our tooling ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own intake and triage of Site Ops requests via the Jira Customer Portal, coordinating with on‑call teams and ensuring clear handoffs.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end agentic workflows that automate routine Site Ops and CX issues, providing auditable actions and rollback paths.
• Administer and support CX tooling such as Zendesk/SunCo, AWS Connect, Sprout Social, Assembled, and Google Analytics with documented procedures.
• Execute user lifecycle operations (onboarding, permissioning, offboarding) with strong Okta hygiene and maintain source‑of‑truth rosters.
• Run recurring user and access audits, document findings, and work with Security to remediate gaps.

Required profile

• Experience working in site operations or similar environments that blend CX, IT, and security.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create clear, auditable processes.
• Comfort with hybrid work (2 days onsite per week) in a fast‑growing fintech.
