Social Media & Community Analyst (B2B Tech)

About the role

Truelogic is seeking a Social Media & Community Analyst to lead the digital presence of the company and its CEO within the US B2B technology market. The role combines social media strategy, content creation, community engagement and support for HubSpot‑based marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Truelogic’s and the CEO’s social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit and Twitch.
• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with business objectives, adapting tone for each channel.
• Monitor, respond to and foster conversations within the B2B tech community, handling comments, messages and mentions.
• Write clear, compelling copy that translates technical concepts for a B2B audience and support visual content production.
• Track social media metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and produce performance reports with recommendations.
• Assist the Growth Marketing team in HubSpot Marketing Hub and CMS tasks, including list management, workflow setup, email campaigns and reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards using GA4 and Looker Studio to support data‑driven optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media and community management, preferably in B2B technology or the US market.
• Strong ability to create and adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
• Comfortable working with marketing automation tools and data‑analysis dashboards.
