About the role

Designerds is looking for a versatile Social Media Content Manager to drive the digital presence of two distinct brands – a B2B creative services agency and a B2C product incubator. This freelance, full‑time role blends strategy, editorial oversight, and project management to produce high‑impact content across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end content strategies, from ideation to publishing, for both brands.
• Manage dual‑brand calendars, ensuring timely delivery of blog posts, videos, social campaigns, and paid advertising.
• Translate complex design methodologies and product features into engaging stories for social media, email, and blog platforms.
• Maintain an omnichannel presence, prioritising LinkedIn for B2B authority and Instagram/TikTok for B2C community growth.
• Monitor and engage on niche platforms such as Reddit, and oversee email marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to co‑produce vlogs, photography, and video assets.
• Write SEO‑optimized copy that balances emotional appeal with search performance.
• Analyse engagement metrics and adjust tactics to improve reach and conversion.
