Social Media Manager – Beauty Sector

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager specialized in the beauty industry to lead integrated social strategies for multiple client accounts. You will work within a multicultural, agency environment, shaping content that aligns with brand voices and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Lead, mentor and supervise the Social Media team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Oversee editorial calendars, publishing schedules and community‑management tactics.
• Review and approve copy, creative assets and content before publication.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Prepare and present performance reports and insights to clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends, new platforms and best practices.
• Manage client relationships, participate in status meetings and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing or a related field, preferably agency‑based.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism or a related discipline.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Proven experience leading and developing social media teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Metricool, Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
