Social Responsibility & Community Relations Manager

About the role

The Social Responsibility & Community Relations Manager will lead the development and execution of community engagement and social responsibility initiatives for Niagara, a leading private‑label bottled water producer. This role strengthens relationships with local communities, government bodies, NGOs, and other key stakeholders while supporting the company’s sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement community relations, social responsibility, and sustainability initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government authorities, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Identify community needs and lead projects that generate meaningful social and environmental impact.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Operations, HR, EHS, Legal, Communications) to execute community programs.
• Track program commitments, measure impact, and support sustainability metrics and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Community Relations, Sustainability, Public Affairs or social impact project management.
• Knowledge of ESG, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and sustainability reporting is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.
• Availability to travel approximately 50% of the time and work in a hybrid role with frequent field visits.
• Advanced English proficiency.
