Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

About the role
This position is based in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. Candidates who are not currently residing in or near Mérida must relocate within 60 days of acceptance, with a relocation bonus of MXN 42,500 provided by Verato.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for Verato’s identity intelligence platforms.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define test strategies and ensure high‑quality releases.
- Identify, reproduce, and track defects across complex data‑driven systems.
- Contribute to continuous integration pipelines and improve testing efficiency.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for quality engineering.
- Experience working in fast‑moving, data‑centric environments.
- Ability to work onsite in Mérida and adapt quickly to a high‑growth culture.
