Software Development Manager – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Software Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise software solutions for a leading organization in Mexico. The role combines technical leadership, architecture oversight and people management to ensure high‑impact, secure and scalable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the software development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor development and architecture teams to deliver products on time and with quality.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage relationships with strategic technology vendors and partners.
• Oversee application design, development, integration, testing and deployment activities.
• Promote best practices in cloud technologies, security, and agile methodologies.
• Ensure solutions support long‑term growth and strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of management experience in software development or architecture.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1‑C2).
