Software Engineer – Aviation Ground‑Handling Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our global team in Cancún. You will design, build and optimise internal software platforms that support aviation ground‑handling operations across Mexico and Colombia, working in a hybrid or remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise software platforms for ground‑handling operations.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, operations managers and airline account teams.
• Develop applications that streamline ground‑service workflows.
• Automate pricing and billing processes.
• Provide real‑time operational visibility through robust applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or a related technical field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Based in Cancún, Mexico (hybrid or remote work possible).

Required skills

• Strong experience with SQL, PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus).
