Software Engineer – MES & Data Automation

About the role

BEPC Inc. is looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join its MES (Manufacturing Execution System) team. You will design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications that improve production visibility and operational efficiency for automotive and medical‑device clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable backend and full‑stack solutions using Python, C#.NET, JavaScript and SQL Server.
• Create and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, views and functions for enterprise reporting and data‑driven decisions.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, micro‑services and system integrations linking manufacturing, business and enterprise platforms.
• Develop ETL pipelines and workflow automation with Power Automate to reduce manual tasks.
• Produce interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support cloud‑based development, CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure software reliability, performance, security and maintainability through code reviews and testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of professional software development experience.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, urgency and commitment.
