• Support participants during live exercises, adapting pace and approach in real time.
• Facilitate train‑the‑trainer sessions to enable customer‑side trainers to continue education independently.
• Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Customer Success to identify training gaps and design scenario‑based programs aligned with implementation milestones.
• Work with subject‑matter experts to convert complex workflows into practical learning activities, including workbooks, job aids, and workflow videos.
• Develop multilingual training assets and reusable facilitation guides.

Required profile

• Consulting mindset with strong listening skills to translate customer needs into effective learning experiences.
• Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous growth in both the platform and educational practices.
• Resilience and adaptability when priorities shift or conditions are ambiguous.
• Ability to apply adult‑learning principles and maintain a learner‑centered focus.
