Software Technical Trainer (Mexico)

About the role

This position is a hands‑on technical trainer role focused on accelerating customer adoption of a rapidly growing SaaS platform. You will work directly within active implementation projects, designing and delivering training that bridges the gap between rollout and independent user success.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live Instructor‑Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor‑Led Training (VILT) using scenario‑based exercises for end‑users and administrators.
• Facilitate train‑the‑trainer sessions to enable customer‑side trainers to continue education independently.
• Apply adult‑learning principles to create engaging, skill‑transfer focused experiences.
• Collaborate with Solution Delivery, Customer Success and subject‑matter experts to identify training gaps and develop proactive learning solutions.
• Produce instructional materials such as facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids and workflow videos, including multi‑language versions.
• Maintain a recurring cadence of customer training aligned with implementation milestones from kickoff through hypercare.
