Solution Architect – FinTech Payments (Mexico)

About the role

DiDi is looking for a Solution Architect to drive the growth of its fintech business in Mexico. You will work across multiple business lines, collaborating with product, tech, and business teams in both Mexico and China to deliver compliant, high‑quality payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement DiDi localization SPEI in and SPEI out scenarios for DiDiPay and SOFIPO, including DIMO, CODI, and OXXO.
• Contribute to the development of various payment methods such as balance, card, and SOFIPO payments.
• Gather requirements from cross‑functional teams, translate them into technical designs, and deliver robust products.
• Prepare technical compliance documentation in line with Banxico and CNBV guidelines.
• Coordinate with external partners and ensure solutions meet regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of payments or banking industry; fintech experience preferred.
• Proven experience handling SOFIPO technical compliance tasks.
• Hands‑on experience integrating SPEI in and out products.
• Minimum three years of Java development with solid architectural design skills.
• Experience designing micro‑services that can scale to millions of users.
