Solutions Architect – LATAM

About the role

The Solutions Architecture team at Chainalysis bridges business priorities with technical solutions, helping customers across Latin America understand how our blockchain analytics platform can meet their objectives. As a Solutions Architect you will lead customers through the entire journey, from discovery to deployment, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to own customer outcomes across the full lifecycle.
• Lead discovery conversations, translate business needs into technical requirements, and design implementation paths.
• Create tailored demos, proof‑of‑value experiences, and technical narratives that showcase Chainalysis capabilities.
• Develop AI‑assisted workflows, notebooks, dashboards, automation scripts, and data integrations specific to each customer.
• Provide guidance on API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integration considerations.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, or related fields.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills.
